I am glad, I enjoy how unique my car is.Looks like the S550 will be the overall lowest run. Had no idea so many were built in 69/70, that’s wild
2021 - (6323) 6313 + 10 Verified Survivor Protoypes2021- ?
2022- ?

That’s a lot of 69’/70’ M1s. Wow. The 21’-‘23 M1s will go down in history as the last great Mustangs ever built (the S650s are Fully Networked Vehicles (FNVs)).I started looking up the years and if this is correct this is how many Mach 1's were built:
1969- 72,458
1970- 40,970

I don't think any of us had any idea that over 90k Mach 1's were built between 1974 and 1978.... Really?!?!Looks like the S550 will be the overall lowest run. Had no idea so many were built in 69/70, that’s wild
I wish I was that old to have lived through it. I was definitely born too late.1969 was a huge year for muscle and pony cars. I remember seeing a lot of Mach 1s back in the day (yeah I'm that old). I rarely see a current one. Did see a couple at the track this past weekend (MSR Houston) but outnumbered by Shelbys.
To be fair, in the last few years we have lived thru our own incredible muscle car era. We’ve had plenty of Shelbys, Boss 302s, Mach 1s, Hellcats/Scatpacks, ZR1/Z06s, SS 1LEs, ZL1s, Blackwings, etc. and with FULL control of our vehicles (unlike EVs, and the S650). Tech and power not available in the 60s/70s. It’s been great.I wish I was that old to have lived through it. I was definitely born too late.
Agree, while the mid to late 60s were great for young gearheads, it was over pretty quickly. By the early 70s emissions rules and especially insurance rates were taking a big toll on the muscle cars.To be fair, in the last few years we have lived thru our own incredible muscle car era.
