Is there a way to find out how many Mach 1's have been built since 1969?

14,160 in USA (guess)
so agree with the 15,000 number.

Nothing published yet. Everyone's eagerly waiting official #'s, option breakdown and colors.

I'm sure google will help find 1969-1975 production numbers.

Looks like the S550 will be the overall lowest run. Had no idea so many were built in 69/70, that’s wild

That’s a lot of 69’/70’ M1s. Wow. The 21’-‘23 M1s will go down in history as the last great Mustangs ever built (the S650s are Fully Networked Vehicles (FNVs)).

I don't think any of us had any idea that over 90k Mach 1's were built between 1974 and 1978.... Really?!?!

Are we sure those #'s are correct for being ONLY Mach 1's??

I found that it says in 1970 over 20% of mustangs sold were Mach 1's. I did find looking to keep verifying the numbers that 2003 and 2004 have different numbers listed so both will be there unless someone can say which is correct. The Mach 1 was such a hit Ford got rid of the Mustang GT for a couple of decades.

1969 was a huge year for muscle and pony cars. I remember seeing a lot of Mach 1s back in the day (yeah I'm that old). I rarely see a current one. Did see a couple at the track this past weekend (MSR Houston) but outnumbered by Shelbys.

I wish I was that old to have lived through it. I was definitely born too late.

To be fair, in the last few years we have lived thru our own incredible muscle car era. We’ve had plenty of Shelbys, Boss 302s, Mach 1s, Hellcats/Scatpacks, ZR1/Z06s, SS 1LEs, ZL1s, Blackwings, etc. and with FULL control of our vehicles (unlike EVs, and the S650). Tech and power not available in the 60s/70s. It’s been great.

because 21-23 was so light with Mach1 builds I wonder if it was planned or covid shutdown related?

Agree, while the mid to late 60s were great for young gearheads, it was over pretty quickly. By the early 70s emissions rules and especially insurance rates were taking a big toll on the muscle cars.
