Don't go to ford for normal wheel and tire stuff. They have a tough time retaining and paying for decent mechanics.
Small bends in wheels can happen if you hit a seam or lip on a bad road. Its really not that uncommon to have slightly out of round wheels, and usually they can balance them well enough where you don't notice. The ford wheels are cast construction and cast is weak. They'll take a bend pretty easily, you don't have to be in a wreck or something.
The shop calling out a small bend and saying you need new wheels sounds like a shop trying to take a minor defect and turning it into a sale for themselves. if you DO decide to get a new wheel or wheels, go elsewhere. They don't get to pressure you into a sale.
If you take them to a decent tire shop to get a second opinion, they'll show you exactly what they look like spinning on the balance machine and then you can make your decision for yourself.
FWIW, I probably have 3 to 5 bent wheels in the 3 sets of wheels and tires I own. Most are track wheels, so small bends are acceptable as long as they aren't too extreme.
If a wheel is losing air, then its probably the valve stem seal, and you can have those fixed... but YMMV. I'm not diagnosing a leak over the internet.
