Any thoughts? I've read it's one of the healthiest fast food options

They took a downhill slide in quality a few years ago...something about the meat makes their food nasty. I used to love the taco supreme and mexican pizza. You couldn't pay me to eat there now.

Depends what you order. I great grilled chicken soft tacos every now and then. It's just grilled chicken, lettuce, cheese, tortilla (no sour cream). And I add hot sauce to them. I eat 3 of those. They can't be that unhealthy compared to other stuff on the menu IMO. They're pretty tasty too.

Mmmmmm Taco Bell!!!! And no it’s not great- their tortillas alone are laden with extra carbs, I swear.

But then again, I swore off carbs and track them religiously - so I haven’t eaten there in forever. But damn if it doesn’t sound good right now.

I do too. Its weird... most of my buddies say the same thing about pizza hut. But i have no problems there.

I love it, go there about once a week now after having not gone for about 4 years. Something about their $5 combos speaks to my soul and now the nacho fries are back again too, might stop by for lunch tomorrow.

If you haven't tried it, the watermelon freeze is great.

They are considered healthy because of ingredients, not the quality of ingredients.
I still miss the "Bellburger" (1971)
Honestly the only time I look for a taco Bell is when I'm clogged up and need to go.
While back they got busted for using hamburger that wasn't what you would call hamburger, basically what was left after making real hamburger. That's when I lost my desire to visit them

Not to sound weird... but I avoid all fast food and all soda. TB is one of the casualties.

About 15 years ago... I decided that type of processed food was no good for me, and my calories were better used for beer.

(Chik-fil-a is my kryptonite - I have a weakness for the nuggets!)
