That all looks great. I'd add a drain for a toilet in the garage in addition to the sink plumbing. It looks like a long walk from garage to inside house bathroom.

I thought about doing that, but didn’t want to cut down on the size of the garage anymore. It is a good idea though. Probably another $3500+ to do that. That all looks great. Yes.Is your siding James Hardie boards? My previous house had masonite siding, which was allowed back then. It turned out to be what I called a step above cardboard. I had to replace it 10 years later with Hardie boards and it worked out well with the Louisiana weather.
We use 3M DiNoc architectural wrap for high end appearance interiors. Looks great forever saves a ton of moneyPics of exterior decorative trim which is actually wood beams wrapped in cement board. They will be painted a wood tone color and be low maintenance as compared to actual wood trim. The yellow material on the front of the house is called cladding (a cement board material). It’s still missing batting strips that will be spaced evenly across the front fascia to give it more of a farmhouse look.

This is a beautiful house. I am in looking to build in the near future. Would you be will to give an idea of cost?I wasn’t planning on doing a build thread on the house, but @80FoxCoupe asked me this morning if I would do one. Unfortunately, I didn’t hang onto a lot of the photos of the different things that took place since the scraping of the lot up until now. With that being said, I can shed some light on it and show what the 3D renderings of the house look like and provide some photos/videos.
Feel free to ask any questions and I’ll do my best to answer them.
Specs are as follows:
3 bedroom
2 bathrooms
Office
2013 SF of Living Space
1744 SF of Garage Space (consisting of a 2 car bay and a 3 car bay)
264 SF Screened in Lanai
177 SF Covered Porch
4198 SF Total

Everything looks like it’s going fantastic. It’ll be coming along.Stopped back by this evening to take a closer look. The stucco crew is serious about getting their work done. They were still going at 6:30 this evening.
The shop area should be very comfortable with all the insulation added, once I install the mini split in there. The garage doors will also be insulated. It’s safe to say that I should easily have my Polar Bear Club (PBC) membership reinstated, lol. What is the PBC? It’s a silly club name that my buddy in Kansas City came up with for having a super efficient cooling system in the garage. I didn’t make the cut in KC with my little portable AC unit, but did become a member at the last house, lol.
The white insulation looking material is the soundproof batting.
