Upgrading to newer appliances and finally having a dishwasher is a game-changer! Plus, no more worries about basement flooding or furnace noise – that's a major relief. Sure, the gym and food might be a bit farther away, but a 10-mile drive isn't too bad, especially if the weather's nice and you can enjoy cruising in your potential new car.
