Looks like the grill delete might be letting in too much air at high speeds. I'm sure there is a reason that part of the grill is closed off from the factory.

I've never owned a Mustang that did not do the hood dance. This one does as well, not all the time, but sometimes even when I am doing 80, I notice the hood dancing. I am wondering if it is due to my aftermarket hood struts, since that's when I first started noticing.

yeah i was thinking about that the other day, when people were asking about the hood flex on facebook, most of them had aftermarket struts for the hood. i for one don't have the issue all the way up to 130 and dont have them

Mine does the dance from time to time...especially when the wind hits just right. All stock. As long as the hood lines up right when parked or knowing it can whoop @ss on the street, doesn't bother me!

Okay maybe not whoop ass with a stock car. Lost a few. But it sure is fun!

I see hood "wobble" at highway speeds as low as 50-60. Only gets worse as speed goes up. Yes I do have hood struts but I know it was happening when all stock. I tried elevating the rubber stoppers but all that did was create ugly hood/fender gap near the front corners, esp the passenger side.

I do feel like those bumpers do need to be higher but I don't like a horrible hood gap

I noticed that the left side of my hood lifts as well (it is visible from inside too!). I was thinking of showing it to the dealer...

I've had some hood wobble but not all the time. I've had it up to 150+ and it seemed ok then. It's hit or miss.

so I just watched the video... It looks to me like the car has the front grill delete... I wondered if that is increasing the resistance on the bottom side of the hood and lifting it?
Very well could be ... and probably why the stock front grill isn't fully opened up.

The hood vents are not just for looks, i hear they are supposed to be there for this very reason.

If you hate having a warranty why don't you get rid of it already?

having a warranty lets me sleep like a baby at night. i had a FBO WRX before this car. i worried about it constantly.

after that i swore to always have a warranty on my cars. so in 5 years after the warranty is up, ill be in the market again for whatever the best bang for buck is at that point. hopefully it's not a hybrid or electric vehicle.

Doesn't sound right. What about the EB and V6's?
I wondered this as well.

If this is the cause of the problem, I wonder if the Roush vents would allow more flow, reducing the pressure.
