I have never seen a chain or dealer do the alignment correctly.

To do it right takes too much time.
Guess that is why I rarely had comebacks did it right the first time. Also you have to know geometry well. Red and Green doesn't always mean it's right.

I experience this more after adding a supercharger. I find that around the 90mph mark if I give it much gas it feels like the front end is super light and it has a slight fishtail affect. Sometimes if I’m WOT the tires will lose grip at 60mph or more given the extra torque. My next step to remedy this—or at least mitigate it—will be an upgraded suspension. I already did the ford lowering springs for a 1” drop all the way around—but I think a handling coil over kit like the ford track pack or Roush kit may be in order. Bilstein B16 PSS10 also looks like a great option if you’re into making custom adjustments

I think the BMR Cradle lock out kit and the IRS brace supports will help make everything feel tighter. I recently installed the same and I feel more confident with the HITs/WOT. Steeda also makes a kit.

You need to lock the IRS cradle down before you do anything else. You're wasting time and money until you do that.

Lowering the car hurt your traction, and is at least partially causing the front end to go light. For pure acceleration, you need suspension travel, but you removed it.

And instead of lowering the car, you should have installed better shocks and struts. Re-using the stock, standard GT shocks and struts with lowering springs is bad. They're not meant to work with 1" lower springs.

You would have been faaaaar better off getting something like Steeda's Pro Action adjustable shocks and struts, and keeping the OEM springs.
