Finally got some time to dedicate to my Hellion install and I have run into an issue with the scavenge pump. The pump plate included does not match the instructions at all. Something about the entire scavenge pump setup seems to be different. My first clue should have been that that drill bit/tap setup wasn’t in the kit, but I picked those up from Amazon and moved forward. Has anyone run into this. Attaching a pic of what I got vs what they show. I can call Hellion on Monday, but I’d love to make progress with this over the weekend.

My mounting plate looks identical to the picture. Unless they have a new way of bolting it up, I'd guess you got the wrong one.

I hope they have a new way of bolting it up, but I suspect you are correct. This plate is so much smaller.

Hard to tell from the angle of picture, but it doesn't look like the correct plate.

That’s definitely not the plate I got. Mine wont span the 3 mounting points, nor will the spacers clear the water pump. Unless they redesigned it, I’m guessing someone grabbed the wrong oil pump kit to put in the box.

Unfortunate, but shit happens. They'll fix it. They sent me wrong oil cap adapter at first. The oil caps are slightly different sizes from gen2 to gen3. I switched to aluminum gt500 valve covers that have an oil port built in instead of using the oil cap.

Did you option for the 4-1 manifold? If not, do you need both sides of the 11-14 manifolds, or just the driver side?

My kit had the 4-1 manifold, But the instructions indicated that only one of the stocks manifolds need to be replaced if you choose to go that route.

So then that would mean I have to use the stock manifold 🤔

Would you mind posting up the new plate mounted to the engine for future reference. All of the kits I've installed have been with the bigger plates. Jeff & John @ Hellion have always been great to deal with!

Good news for me, I suppose. Hellion has revised the oil pump mounting to a more compact solution. There should have been an installation supplement that I didn’t receive and they are sending it out to me.
Interesting. Post some pictures when you get it intalled so we can see if the difference matters or gives any additional clearance to anything.
