Eventually, but I'm not doing a full drag setup. I'm not expecting stellar 60ft times. For now, but the car is really fun to drive and generally stays hooked up at low boost settings. I do look forward to warmer weather for better traction.Any plans to run it down the drag strip? I’d like to see what kind of ET and MPH it pulls.
Is there a place on the controller to connect wires for a button pair or do you have to open it and solder?I'm using the Eboost 2. The buttons are my own solution to logic built into the controller.
There is a harness that plugs into the controller. I wired the two wires of the harness to my buttons, then just plugged in the harness. Is there a place on the controller to connect wires for a button pair or do you have to open it and solder?
I'm really close to pulling the trigger on this kit for myself but one of my question marks is the boost controller. I don't want it taking up my vent. I do want boost levels though.
This was from my first time at the drag strip. I only got to make 3 passes. This was leaving with LC at 4300, medium boost setting. I switched to high boost in 2nd gear. Stock tire pressure, PS4 tires:Any plans to run it down the drag strip? I’d like to see what kind of ET and MPH it pulls.

Yes, I have the Tremec.Manual trans? What kind of boost are you seeing at your different settings?
On my 3rd run, I tried leaving on the high boost setting at the same launch RPM: I spun as soon as I hit about 5,000 rpm. If I could have ran again that night, I was going to try lowering the tire pressure a bit.Not bad at all for a first time run on factory tires. The sixty foot is even decent. Did you encounter any spin during the runs? What gear did you trap in?
I’m not sure what the M1’s tranny gearing is, but if you can on the next outing, try and trap in 3rd to see if that helps. I can trap in 3rd with my D4 tranny, but I have shifted into 4th several times. When I do, it always hurts my ET and MPH.On my 3rd run, I tried leaving on the high boost setting at the same launch RPM: I spun as soon as I hit about 5,000 rpm. I was trapping in 4th gear. I'm going to a roll race event at another track this weekend: I'm sure that will be in 5th (1:1).
The gearing is very different in the Tremec, it is road racing focused. I was very close to the top of 4th going through the traps. As I mentioned before, 5th gear is the 1:1 on the Tremec, where I believe 4th is on the D4.I’m not sure what the M1’s tranny gearing is, but if you can on the next outing, try and trap in 3rd to see if that helps.
