I was thinking about getting an H-pipe the Steeda is around $150.00 and the Roush is about $100.00 more. Is the Roush better is it worth $100.00 more. The only thing I see that may be better on Roush is that it’s swedeged on the outlet side and the Steeda is a but connection. What do you think.

lot of mid pipes are the same

the difference is materials used and the diameter of the piping

They both use stainless steel, not sure what the roush uses but the steeda uses 304SS.

They are also both 2.5" to directly replace the resonator.

I would just get the steeda, and use one of their coupon codes.

The roush may be just upcharged because of the name.

The Steeda part is good quality, especially for the price. No need to spend the extra.

I have the Steeda H Pipe on my 17 with Roush Axle Backs and sounds awesome. Don’t know if it’s worth the extra $100 for the Roush.

I was very happy with the quality of the Steeda H-Pipe when it showed up. Welds were great, stainless steel. It was a bit beat up from shipping. The little steeda logo was bent a bit and the pipe itself was bent on the edge. Put it on the grass and stepped on it a bit, flattened it easy, and a pair of smooth jaw pliers i was able to bring the pipe edge back to round.

The one question i do have is if the roush has a different sound than other H-pipes, as it seems to put the cross over a little further down than the other h-pipes i've seen. Not sure, but could possibly. Other than that, i cant think of a reason for the 100 bucks besides name.

Save the hundred bucks and go with the Steeda. You won't be sorry.

The extra hundred bucks is for the ROUSH logo. It HAS to be on the thing somewhere. LOL! Lethal or Steeda same quality at the better price. Personally I would use Lethal. They support their product very well. Never had an issue with them. As for sound and H is an H is an H. If you think otherwise you are only fooling yourself.
