Just had mine installed a few months back. Vortech V3 JT Trim, went to a 3.8 pulley from the included 3.6 due to crappy AZ 91 gas. Have BAP and ID1050X injectors. Definitely a different car and I went with this set up to keep temps down as I do HPDE road course. This was the recommendation from Terry at Beefcake and I am very pleased. Went to a private track day and after 15-20 min sessionS IAT’s never exceeded 125, very pleased and had a member here, @zero_chance do the install along with OPG/CS. I also installed hood vents which I am confident are helping keep temps down. 630 WHP and 508 Wheel Torque @ 8psi. Tuned by Lund. Hope this answers some of your questions.

On a 2018 with pump 93 a 3.6 pulley 680-710 is what you are looking at with the right exhaust mods. Stock exhaust 630

Just got my 2019 running this week. I too did the beefcake 900hp special however I went right to a griptech 3.33" pulley. Also have a lethal triple 465 fuel system on e85 tuned by Lund. No idea what numbers its putting down but its stupid fast on the street. 305 45 17 Mickey Thompsons have no chance of hooking. From a real world experience. I drove the car to work Friday which is about 55 miles one way both back roads and Expressway. Its completely well behaved and feels like a stock car out of boost. I came from a twin turbo ss 1le camaro and I 100% enjoy this 10r80 coyote more than the camaro.

No belt slip with griptech 6 rib ?

I just ordered the 3.3 ..What plugs do u run ?

No sir. It rips all the way to 7500rpm and pulls the entire rpm range. I run a gates green belt K060997HD and the blower bracket pulley on the first hole closest to the crank shaft. Belt goes on the blower pulley last and has to be walked on and is tight! Idler pulley is probably 80-90% ID guess.

What length is the belt my blower is 8 rid ...I’m thinking the same length should work ?
