How do you think Porsche is taking there beloved 911 being compared to a “mustang”.
Ford(and Farley) get major kudo’s for even taking on this endeavor.

Can’t speak for those that chose 2025, I pushed mine to 2026. But even for 2025 there isn’t dates yet. Atleast there weren‘t a bit back when they sent out the prospectous.

That photo isn‘t flattering at all. BMW had a similar color that was really slick in person. With the right accents it was a great choice.

Yeah, not a fan of computer generated images. They almost never show the color properly. I know the yellow you’re talking about, it is really cool in person.

Oh no doubt. Porsche has the upper hand here for sure. It’s in their backyard, they’ve run multiple models on the Ring for decades. Not to mention the GT3RS is smaller and lighter. I was hoping but wasn’t really expecting Ford to beat Porsche on their first official lap time. They’ll chip away at it, and if they can only shave ~5 seconds off their time, so be it. Still impressive in my book.

Hopefully Ford keeps pushing these types of cars out and does more at the Ring. That will bode well for them down the road I believe.

All that, and Ford is a "truck" company, with one "Sporty" car.
