Less than two months away from storing her up for the winter. I live near DC.
I usually store my mustang Thanksgiving Week (Son's B-Day) after putting the tree up. In the past, I have cleaned her and put the car cover on. I start it up every 2-3 weeks on a nice day. What is the recommended amount of gas to have in her during winter? I have usually had less than a quarter. Also, I usually have the parking brake on. Should I just put it in gear instead?
I usually take her out in March (Daughter's B-Day) depending on weather outlook. I then proceed to drive it like I stole it!
How do you store your car in winter?
Thanks!
