I’m always amazed at how the non-Shelby owners are always such experts on VooDoo failures…. Damn Twat Waffles!

The only failure I know of from the voodoo is it has a flat plane crank with all the detriments and none of the benefits.

I'm always amazed at the easily hurt feelings of GT350 owners.

The Zo6 FPC is a great idea. I'm glad GM is building it. I hope the engine does well. It's just too bad it's only available with an automatic.

I really hope they throw it into a Camaro or Caddy with a manual behind it.

I didn't buy one due to the crank. I might get the new Zo6. I like the Ferrari sound and quick rev.

Enjoy your car err cars.

That would be awesome! But won't happen. I'll bet dollars to donuts that ZO6 is the swan song for the HP American NA V8. Also Camaro is sadly being discontinued (again) next year. As any capitalist knows, when you don't have competition the consumer loses. :(
The next generation of track cars will have to be plugged in.

Or maybe we will see more of a return to sporty, lightweight vehicles with small and fuel efficient engines. It doesn't have to be all or nothing. Somewhere between 700 hp / 4,000 lbs vs. EV only maybe there's something with an ICE that still meets regs but is fun and trackable.

How do you do small fuel efficient and NA while still making exciting HP? I'm down with the light weight.

C5Z, even a C6Z. both relatively light weight (3000lbs for c5z and 3200/3100lbs for C6Z).

1. Just fine
2. Nothing
3. Nothing
4. No

If you avoid the urge to modify the engine and drivetrain, it's just another Ford 300,000 mile car.
Lmao

Here I am having lemoned my GT350 along with so many others. You can't dismiss the abnormal defects inherent to this car.

OP, I had a 2020. Bought new. Problems started at 13.5k. Finally got it taken off my hands come 30k. I did a proper break-in, always ensured it was up to temp before taking beyond 4k rpm, and always allowed it to cool down. I also kept oil levels in check and replaced every 7500 miles.

It's a total gamble. My car shook itself to death and everything electronic was failing.

Oh, and with that being said, I would still buy one all over again if the prices weren't absolutely ludicrous and gas wasn't nearly double what it cost a few years ago. So yeah, take the risk.

But anyone in here, including owners, saying that this car's reliability fits within the norm is delusional from ownership bias.

Great car. Pure gamble.
