I have those noises on my 2019 and its stock. I think it just comes with a tight track suspension on a street car. Same thing on my 2015 camaro 1le. Maybe more clunking than creaking but it'd venture a guess that the tighter you make a suspension the more noise you're gonna get.

Stock. They can outperform any street tires I've run so far. No experience with slicks.
