Anyone thought about cutting more holes into the grill or delete it completely to let more cold air in? Do u think it'll make a difference?

I've thought about. I think it would allow for a little more air flow.

That what I'm thinking. Its only 3 real full size holes. That cant be enough airflow

It might mess up the aero dynamic of the car plus ton of bug and potentially getting debris and rocks damaging the radiator or other part of the front side of the engine!

What about just gluing in some screening like what you would use on a porch on the backside to prevent bugs and debris?

I'm pretty sure you'll be fine. The 13-14 gt500 grilles are open and so are all the peoples doing the grille delete.

If I did not live in the desert, I would open the grill up. I already have to change out air filters frequently due to sand :frusty:

The dude that posted above me lives in El Paso so he knows.

Speaking of debris, I once caught a large bird in my Silverado's grill. I drove around for a while without noticing why people were looking at me in shock. When I got home, I discovered a large dead bird hanging from my grill with its head lodged in my grill. Without the grill, I might have had a hole in my radiator from the stupid bird.

If he sticks with just drilling out extra holes in that particular driver side location of the grill, he shouldn't have to worry about hitting the radiator or the engine since the only thing directly behind it is the factory air duct leading to the air filter. At least that's all I saw behind it when installing the steeda cai in my gt. As far as aerodynamics being affected, I have no clue lol.
