I plan on ordering some eibach lowering springs , a shop quoted me $320 , would you think thats a decent fair price for the install? Or would you guys install yourself? I’m essentially paying 600 plus to lowering my car lol.

That's fair. it's a 2-3 hour job.. You can buy an upright spring compressor off amazon for $100.. use at your own risk, but easier to use then the ratchet on each side of spring.

You might as well change your struts and shocks if they have some age..

For CA that is definitely on the lower side. Definitely replace your dampers too since you have it all apart.

Replace the dampers at the same time and it’s not a bad job to do yourself. It took my son and I about 2.5 hrs, on jack stands I went with Koni active dampers and accelatec lowering springs, I couldn’t be happier with the ride and look.

If you are lowering the car, don't forget camber plates for the front. I bet the front bushings on the rear lower control arms are torn also, if you have more than 10k miles on them. I really got into the "while I'm at it" mode when I installed springs (myself)... Car was on the QuickJack for two weeks while going through multiple rounds of ordering more parts, including stripped and broken bolts, spherical bearings, adjustable toe links, sway bar end links, cradle bushing reinforcements... Ford isn't kidding about some of the bolts being single use.

If you have someone do this, there is no telling what they will ignore when they put it back together, unless you have a lot of trust in them to do things correctly.

Just clear out a day off to knock it out, take your time. 320 isn't bad if you don't feel like wrenching tbh.
