This video didnt tell me anything at all.SPE has got a new twin turbo kit in action. NOT aftermarket ECU as they state in comments on video.
1000+ , 20 psi , stock computer. we all will have to wait for the next detailed video to here what they have done. This video didnt tell me anything at all.
There's like ten other shops doing that. Are they the fastest or something?1000+ , 20 psi , stock computer. we all will have to wait for the next detailed video to here what they have done.

No, there are ten shops making 1000hp and 20psi on the stock ECU (whipple tune)so is there 10 shops that have cracked the tuning on new mustangs ??? Other than getting whipple and Roush tune ??? They cannot be tuned yet.
I just thought the first YT short was interesting and alined to the OP‘s thread ? CRACKED was the punch line In it. I guess wait and see.
hellion will sell you turbos capable of 2000hp...Hellion is saying their system for s650 is 2,000hp capable.
I’ve also heard rumors that ESS is talking with Ford. Procharger already has something for S650 in addition to Whipple. So, you can get boost for an S650, you just have to live with a canned tune.
Hellion also offers 2,000 HP options for the S550…which as we know it has an unlocked ECU. Unless someone wants a new car smell for a few weeks, there’s no reason to buy an S650 over an S550.Hellion is saying their system for s650 is 2,000hp capable. Full disclosure, I did not watch the video posted above so if it’s a Hellion car, that would explain 1,000hp.

yep agreed , that’s all I’ve seen also , as to why I just posted The first short. With the heading of the video “mustang tuned cracked“ we will see if it’s true ??No, there are ten shops making 1000hp and 20psi on the stock ECU (whipple tune)
The tuning for Procharger is close from what I’ve heard on some social media. Could be just chatter thoughhellion will sell you turbos capable of 2000hp...
Procharger still hasn't sold a kit or actually gotten the tuning yet.
I’m just saying there’s boost options out there and as someone else mentioned, the S650 Whipple/FP tune is pretty good as I understand it. Custom tuning would obviously be nice but it’s not like there’s no power adder options out there for those that want something for an S650Hellion also offers 2,000 HP options for the S550…which as we know it has an unlocked ECU. Im sure it's ready, but they've been saying that for months. Heard the holdup is with Ford or the EPA, who knows. The tuning for Procharger is close from what I’ve heard on some social media. Could be just chatter though
There's no good way to run e85, for example.I’m just saying there’s boost options out there and as someone else mentioned, the S650 Whipple/FP tune is pretty good as I understand it. Fair point. I’ll be curious if Ford gets in the tuning business for something like e85, would likely be via a partnership with an existing tuner or tuners. Might be pushing EPA envelope doing something like that, but if they control the scope of the tune they might be able to. And would probably be a very narrow scope of what they’re willing to allow a tune for. The question would be do they want to get in that part of the game and I would lean towards no they do not. Given the trend in Mustang sales, it may not matter anyway. I hope it stays for the long haul but 1Q sales numbers were brutal. There's no good way to run e85, for example
