Gen 3 Coyote Stalling when tapping the accelerator

2019 Mustang GT 10R80. Long tubes, high-flow cats, Borla ATAK, JLT intake, Lund E85.


Car occasionally stalls or nearly stalls when I lightly tap the accelerator at low speeds (parking lots, backing up, etc.). Replaced the MAF sensor and had multiple tune revisions with no change.

Starting to think the JLT intake might be related since I don’t remember having this issue before installing it. Anyone experienced something similar?

Mine was doing something very similar a couple weeks ago. It would stall at a red light. A can of Seafoam in the gas fixed everything. Obviously for me it was a dirty fuel injector.

Is the throttle blade clean?

If your getting unmettered air from the intake that could definitely do it, try the stock air box and get a revision for that and see what happens, you could also smoke test your intake see if you have and vacuum leaks or a bad gasket before putting the stock air box back on, best of luck
