Ok I know people have talked about the catch cans before, but when I was looking I did not see any threads about the FRP can that went into how it really was. So I decided to take some pics and do some inspections of mines (Thanks Tob!) and talk about it along the way. So here goes.

The Box of course:

The setup is bigger than I thought, and constructed very nicely. The Ford Performance Logo.

I took it apart to make sure all was fine, and its very nice..the screen is much bigger than I thought it would be.

So after taking a look at it all it was time to put it on. Easy. Just move the electrical harness aside, and you will see a hole. Now on my car there was another hole that had a tape cable in it. I just used a pair of needle nose to pull it and move it.

Now I took the can and put the two supplied push pins into the holes. I had to tilt my coolant revisor up a little but it fit right in. After that just plug your hoses in. Done.

Its looks good. nearly looks like Ford should have included it. I will say that it may not be the easiest to empty, no drain or unscrew, but honestly I do not think it will be bad. Just pop the 4 screws and syringe it out, or take the hoses out and pour. The hole is big enough.

The setup is bigger than I thought, and constructed very nicely. The Ford Performance Logo.

Only issue I had was the passenger side small hose didn't fit as shown in the instructions, had a bad kink. Not a problem as reversing the hose fit perfectly, I see others have done the same.

Got curious and checked both ~200 miles after installing. Both were about as expected, passenger side had ~5 cc oil, driver side was bone dry...

I like to disassemble things.
They are nicely engineered pieces indeed. Thumbs up on the thread!
