Best?

To determine 'the best':
1. How much oil/film is appearing at the outlet tube of the can.
2. How easily is it accessible when it comes to removal and draining.

Personally, I've always liked catch cans that didn't have their inlet and outlet tubes in a parallel line..... Tubes that are offset, tend to prevent less oil sneaking out of the output hose. And that is one of the reasons, I use Bob's..... This is just my opinion.

Question: UPR seems to have only 1 catch can in the system which is on the passenger side. The driver's side is more like a filter and its not something you empty. It allows the oil to drain back to crankcase. Why is this? I dont get it. Bobs have two distinct canisters on each side but UPR doesnt.

I think bobs is the best but for $500, its a lot!
I have bobs. For $500 im not impressed. You have to cut the hoses and reuse the stock fittings. Mine also initially rubbed on the underside of my hood.

If all GT350 are the same the should be no fitment issues or customization at a 500 price point.

I have the UPR. My understanding is that the driver side is the intake for the PCV system, therefore the airflow path typically does not allow vapor to escape. The baffle is more to prevent a puddle of oil from sloshing into the hose and into the intake.

The passenger side is the exit of the PCV system, and therefore will be exposed to the oil vapors. That side is therefore designed to separate and trap the vapors for later removal.

I like the UPR because it has nice, easy to use hoses, and is relatively easy to empty, and looks and feels like a high quality kit.

Mine catches a ton of oil, but does let some film through as well (but I do often allow it to get pretty full, so that might be on me). I am very happy with what it catches, how it looks, and how easy it is to clean, and have no problem recommending it to anyone interested in a catch can.

JLT 3.0 here, no complaints, easy to empty. Passenger side is only one needed for street. Thousands of miles here with not a single drop or even film for that matter on driver's side.

I got the Bob's, but just for the passenger side so it was only $250.

When I was buying it, I was told I might need to adjust the bracket a little because not all of the GT350 underhood lines are installed identically.
