It doesn’t exist. No one would want to pay for that level of weld quality.
I know of one JDM that does this level of exhaust welding on production performance exhaust, RV6 Performance (Honda stuff) and a personal friend.
Europipe is another but that’s Belgium made Porsche stuff at $5,000 bucks and up.
Best you can hope for is the MFG stands behind their product and arm yourself with facts.
All these 304 grade systems are great for heat retention and corrosion resistance but the improper practice of welding chrome/nickel thinwall tube without a backing gas is a huge problem. Once the ID weld oxidizes (“sugars” slang) the chrome is burnt out of the alloy and you can kiss the tube integrity good bye forever.
