Forgestar F14 crack.

I’m not knocking them as this is my first issue with them. I’ve had my car a year. Drove it to work. Came home put it in the garage and went to drive it about 2 weeks later and I found the wheel flat. Investigated and it has a crack on the inside of the wheel :-(

Damn that’s not good! And here I just bought their drag pack, so now you have me concerned.

I have their D5 beadlock drag pack for my car. I had them on for about 350 miles of driving. Back on the stockers now, but going to thoroughly inspect mine.

Did you run over something or hit a big pothole? Just curious as to what could have caused it? Can you order just one replacement wheel or will you have to buy a set?

I don’t remember hitting anything. I’m pretty particular with my car. I only put 4K miles on it in like a year and 3 months. I’m going to check the other 3 for cracks as soon as I have free time.

yes you can order a single wheel. That’s what I’ll do but now I’ll be worried the whole time that they will get
Cracks. It sucks because I love the way the wheels look.

There is a thread on here from 2015 regarding cracked Forgestars. If memory serves me correctly, Weld Racing bought out Forgestar, if so, maybe quality improved afterward.

I googled it and apparently it’s quite common. There seems to be a bunch of guys with BMW’s that had them crack.

I forget where I've seen it before, but this is the second case that I have seen this happen with a Forgestar wheel.
