Maybe if I read in detail about these I would have my answer, but just curious about them 'permatizing' to the sidewall, seems many if not most tires now have patterned/textured sidewalls with very little smooth real estate...now take the old GoodYear Polyglas tires, those were smooth...
…or mask the two lenses including draping the rest of the vehicle with plastic tarps and carefully spray the lenses with semi-gloss/satin black paint (thoroughly cleaning them first) and then just don’t switch them on…I THINK it would take on a nice ‘phantom’ look!
is it possible that the oil level is below able to register BUT there is enough oil on the wall the diptube being transferred to the dipstick (which is not centered in the tube)? a long shot it but would fit the scenario.

I was trying to figure this out by myself but I have to ask…in several posts there is mention of performing a tune with the higher numeric gear upgrade, what is the tune? What is affected having done the tune?
