I was told that a field service engineer is coming to look at it on Thursday. Originally they thought the noise was coming from the upper part of the car and then asked for a copy of my video clip and now the engineer.They are very slow. I just got my car back from an engine change last Thursday. It was at the dealer's 11 weeks. A huge amount of that time was waiting for responses from FP after the dealer did what they asked it to do and reported back.

I am taking this as a good sign unless others know differently
In the real world it is a good sign.
