Have had my ‘20 GT350 for just over a year now. I have dabbled in a couple different xpipes; MBRP and LTH. I prefer the LTH design as I feel it sounds better, likely due to the 2.75” piping. I’ve had my eyes on the FP system for some time now, but not seeing too many reviews here on it.

At the end of the day, duplicating the R sound has always been the goal, and I feel the FP system is the closest I’ll get.

Would love some sanity checks here. Seems to be a nice system at a great price (I came from the BMW M & CT5-V BW world: $$$). Judging by the piping size (2.5”, which seems narrow), it shouldn’t be as bonkers and raspy as some of the 3” systems.

The FP by Borla Touring with a resonator is a popular choice for those with LTH who want to reduce the raspiness and loudness of their vehicles.

While I don’t have LTH, I do have the FP by Borla Touring axle-back exhaust with the stock resonator, and im satisfied with the results.

Thanks for the reply. And I should clarify; it’s the LTH resonator delete/xpipe that I have on the car, no actual long tube headers.

That’s good to know. I’ve heard that Borla builds the FP exhaust line, but didn’t know it was modeled off the touring, not the ATAK. So I’m guessing not a ton louder than factory (not obnoxiously loud).

On my 350R, I went through several midpipes to try to knock off a little of the harshness my ears felt, then went Borla catback which is 2.75" and was very nice. Then Hooker had a huge blowout on their 3" catback and that's what I have and LOVE. They are out of production I think but if you can find one, I'd highly recommend it.

Great feedback, thanks. That sounds really good for a 3” exhaust. All the others I’ve listened to were just a bit much.

It's actually less harsh than the OE 350R exhaust. It sounds AMAZING to everyone that hears or drives my car. Zero drone, too.
