Ford performance tune ???

So looking to trade in my eco for a 2020 GT in Rapid Red. 8k miles but it has ford performance badges & exhaust ! Meaning it could possibly still have the tune ? Will ford be able to remove the tune or would I be stuck with it ? Wanting to possibly get Lund tune instead or can I just tune over existing one ? Thanks

You can over write the FRPP tune.

What kind of air box does it have and what is the orientation of the throttle body?
This will determine whether or not it has the FP tune.
Maybe a pic of the engine bay?

Definitely not a Ford Performance tune.

Yep, Lund Wengerd PBD or even you can write over it if you get HPtuners or SCT software. There might be other software out there. You can even copy, save and read it.

That’s a good way to to trap heat in the lid.
Heat rises, some reconsideration should be given to remove the gold insulating blanket on the upper lid.

I am not an expert, but I would bet money that these Ford Performance badges are added on by the previous owner, and that air box looks like my stock air box with some space foil added.

I have the Ford Performance tune kit, and the air box looks like a GT350's - open on the top and showing the filter.
