Ford GT style toggle switches

Did the price go up as I thought these were in the $190.00 range, not $299

They were. Looks like they’ve bumped them up $110. It’s unfortunate they did so without the courtesy of answering any of the questions people had about them. I guess they got enough early adopters to bite.

$300?! I wanted these but was hesitant before seeing some pre-production installed pictures...and for base models to they turn the "buttons" into switches, or just make it "look like" the buttons are switches. Big difference, big bummer.

They took them down. I don’t think they’re doing them. So those that did order probably won’t get them or will get credited back.
I just asked for actual photos of the finishes so I could decide which to order. They were in my cart, awaiting an answer.

And the next day they were unavailable.
Is a shame. They make really nice stuff.

Yeah but you get people excited about it. Then offer no photos or any response on them and then make them unavailable to order. No dates, no order by etc.

Yes and I would assume the production piece would be nearly identical. If I was buying a set, that photo would be good enough for me…

I’m not interested in the black switches. Why I asked them for pics of the silver ones

Non-base are buttons but with redirection of movement/force, same but different.
It is unclear to me whether Base also has the guides in the cover for the redirected switches.

5SPURS makes quality stuff. Anyone who is already a customer can probably confirm this. I prefer a company that is busy producing good products instead of worrying in forums about who doesn't want to buy a product for some flimsy reason.

I think serious questions have been sufficiently answered by me, but if you look, you will find.

I convinced 5SPURS to launch a product for the community, for real enthusiasts and got the whole thing rolling and I will ask them to stop the pre-order.

Anyone who can produce better toggle switches either themselves or through a company is welcome to post this product in this thread.

I currently have 4 of 5 Spurs items on my S550. I was interested in these toggles but like others I had a legitimate question which I asked on their webpage, not on this forum. I was left unanswered. Even though the "preorder" was at a reduced price the outlay was still a significant investment for some of us. What was the harm in the manufacturer providing some further information.
You say you have sufficiently answered serious questions but you are not the manufacturer and I presume you would not honour any warranty claims due when buyers do not get what they thought they would get.
Your behaviour is akin to a child taking their ball and going home.

The toggle switches on the Mustang are anything but appealing in terms of feel and appearance for me.

I'm in talks with Kevin from 5Spurs on the production of full aluminum switches in the Ford GT design. Those who are familiar with 5Spurs know the outstanding quality and attention to detail behind their products. Swapping the switches is relatively easy and takes around 25 minutes if doing it for the first time.

He would be willing to produce a small series of the toggle switches. Unfortunately, I can't say anything exact about costs and delivery time currently. Would be great if those interested could leave a post here.

I’d be willing to get them if they can be used to convert the 2015 V6 push buttons (which are not like the toggles on the Mustang GT) to the switches as I’d love to have high quality toggles . Let me know if this would be possible.

I was on the fence waiting for actual pics but now that price has nearly doubled I’m out. I don’t mind the plastic enough to spend what equates to a set of lowering springs or an intake on these.
