Actually I like the proposed switch lever profile. They look more robust than the OEM switches.

Since purchasing my Mustang the OEM switch appearance has never wooed me. I've always viewed the color/sheen on my OEM switches as if they were cheap, tarnished pot metal. The never have given me a positive feel. I've looked at switch covers for several years, but to me, they are so-so, just as I view the OEM switches.

I tend to believe that if the supplier has indeed partnered with Shelby, and they show up on their vehicles, it will be only a short matter of time before the demand jumps up for the 5spurs offering. They excite me enough that they may end up on my birthday wishlist that my wife asks me for each year. Not sure if Silver or Black would be my go-to.

Exactly why I lobbied 5Spurs to produce these new ones. If I wrote what I thought of the OEM toggle switches, I would probably be banned. Aesthetics aside, using the OEM toggle switches just feels bad and the first thing I do when I start mine is switch to mymode.

That's why I'm pleased that 5Spurs managed to produce appropriate toggle switches for the Mustang. They are so much better. If you would like some, I wouldn't wait long. It may really be that these will only be available with a pre-order.

I agree, should match the lettering/symbols from the oem ones exactly, even needs "off" with the traction control.

My other critique would be to have the black color more closely match the color/finish of the climate control buttons above. Maybe it is just the picture, but the satin black really seems to stand out, or maybe that was the intent?

When I first saw them, didn't really like them, but they are growing on me. Would like to see the silver color also.

There is no room for the off. I've explained why on a previous post. Actually the black ones will blend in very nicely. The finish will be the same as the radio button covers and shifter crown below.

Chose the silver ones because I want mine to stand out.

I have had interest in these but before putting my money down I messaged 5 spurs several days ago regarding their intentions of providing video install directions. They have chosen to not reply so I am reluctant to commit.
I note that they have also been noticibly absent from this whole thread. It seems like a half hearted promotion on their part.

5SPURS makes quality stuff. Anyone who is already a customer can probably confirm this. I prefer a company that is busy producing good products instead of worrying in forums about who doesn't want to buy a product for some flimsy reason.

I think serious questions have been sufficiently answered by me, but if you look, you will find.

I convinced 5SPURS to launch a product for the community, for real enthusiasts and got the whole thing rolling and I will ask them to stop the pre-order.

Anyone who can produce better toggle switches either themselves or through a company is welcome to post this product in this thread.

For tactile feeling of luxury clicks and fluid dial weighting the new Bugatti or Pagani is the answer.

I personally never found the toggles offensive at all in fact it's one of the many reasons I got the Mustang premium along with the HPP gauges.

Try and find a toggle on any car under $300K

Black anodized aluminium never looks like black plastic.
