I really want to go e85 but there is only one station anywhere near me that has it. Its a sheetz and it is not 100% e85. I have a procharged gt with bap and dw95 injectors. It is tuned by lund on 93 right now. Would it make sense to get a flex fuel tune? I don't want to get e85 tune as i will be limited then.

what do you mean it's not 100% e85? your car will pick up a lot of power on e85 by the way but again, availability may be the deciding factor. i think even a lower ethanol % like 50 will get you a lot of power on a supercharged car. not to mention keep everything cooler and happier

Lund won't do a flex tune on a boosted car, nor will they do E85 on a boosted car without a return style fuel system.

Pretty sure with LUND if you get a flex tune you get the E85R tune as well. But you're boosted, so no flex tune for you. And if any company says they can give a SAFE flex fuel tune, they are full of shit. Why do you think FORD never offered flex fuel for 5.0 Mustangs? Cause they know people will give it boost. Boost + Flex Fuel = BIG BOOM.

nothing wrong with 93. you can get 600-700 wheel on pump 93. If you wanna go full send on pump add some octanium. Just make sure it's sweet 93. Not that discount crap ;)

I didn't think any of reputable tuners out there had flex tuning for FI? I know there was talk of it back in the day but none for s550s. You would be limited to swapping tunes as long as you had return style fuel setup to run the e. As for e blends, here in AZ we have a limited amount of e, most are flex fuel which is e54 with literally 2 stations I know of with real e85-90. I run a flex tune NA constantly regardless of which option I fill with, but I know some like Lund offer an e54r tune that won't detect like flex but will assume the quality and still provide the immediate timing (not to the same degree obviously as full e85-90). Something like that could be an option if they offer that FI (idk if they do) for your blend scenario.

Lund racing and Palm Beach Dyno will do a Flex Fuel tune for your car. Although you would see more power on a dedicated E85 tune. Give us a shout if you have any questions we are on the phones Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST! https://www.lethalperformance.com/

When did Lund and PBD start doing flex tunes for FI? This is the first I have seen a vendor mention this.
