So, is a flex fuel tune worth the extra money if you don't ever plan on running e85? I use 92 most of the time and 93 every now and then. I don't even know of e85 stations around me.

The flex fuel tune doesn't provide any more power or reliability with 92/93 versus a standard lund tune set up for 92/93 does it?

If you can't/won't run E85 you don't need a flex tune.

Flex fuel makes a huge difference.. sucks for those who can't try. I think it's good for additional 10-20rwhp from.what my butt-o-metter tells me.. for sure can tell the difference when I'm back on 91.

Love my flex fuel. I had it on the car day one. Drove the car to Vegas 2nd week I had it and got 25mpg average the whole trip there (decreasing mileage with increasing altitude and ethanol content). Once back home it gets around 27 on 91 octane.

I usually run E85 because pump 91 sucks and with my fun foot I get around 12.2 :)

That being said I typically have the straight E85 tune in as it defaults right to E85 tuning.

I'm at 6500 miles now.
