I’ve finally found the wheel that I want. It’s available in couple of offsets and I need help picking out a offset that won’t be a problem for my current suspension set up.

Suspension Set Up: Steeda ProAction shocks and struts with Eibach Sportline springs.
According to Eibach I’m looking at 1.5 in drop up front and 1.3 in the rear.

Wheels
Front 20x9 +20 on a 285/30
Rear 20x10.5 +40 on a 305/30

can someone give me some kind of idea of what kind of fitment I’m looking at here.

Hmmm I think you are going to get some varying opinions on this one. For me running those widths, I would want an 11" wide wheel on the rear and at least a 10" on the front. Diameter-wise, they should fit with no issues. I haven't done the math to figure out how much those particular offsets will push the wheel outwards. What wheel did you find? When I lowered my car (actually lowered to about what you are saying yours will lower to), I initially thought I wanted 30 series tires but changed my mind. With that having been said, my speedometer is off by about 2-4 mph which I will take care of one of these days.

TSW Ascari. Their website recommended those sizes for the car. The 20x9 wheel can be had in different offsets, the 20x10.5 only comes in +40 offset apparently.

That is a nice-looking wheel. That lip is what causes them to have to offer those low offsets and widths.

borderline poke at both ends. Probably better to stop looking at Nissan fitments. Put 285 or 295 tires on the 10.5 and run 4 of them, not that nasty staggered ratio.

285 is way too much tire for a 9” wheel.

9” with a 10.5” rear will understeer, and then put a badly fitting front tire on it and it will be squishy and understeery. Yuck.

they’re also NOT hubcentric so you’ll have a plastic ring which will be destroyed in no time and probably a vibration after that.

then you’re paying premium prices for a heavy cast wheel, which is the cheapest/worst construction.

hard pass.

lots of Aluminum rings on eBay. But even if you use plastic, cheap to replace and if the lugs were torqued properly the wheel better not be sliding all around the axis. The rings are only 'locating' fixtures, nothing more.

Has anyone measured from the strut to the edge of the fender front and rear. I’m curious as to if you only wanted 4mm of clearance from the strut how much room you had to play with.

see attachment. any wheel setup with 6.6 in the 'inner' column is kissing 4mm +/- 1mm. Don't forget that the tires overhang the wheel lip to varying degrees. If you're trying to get right up and close be prepared to buy some 2 or 3mm spacers in case you got it wrong.

Should look more along the 255 for front and 285 for rear.
