I'm using COTUS and calling Ford Performance. They both tell me the same thing: no movement in 15 days between the production line and the mod shop.

My guesses:

1) a quality control finding that they're trying to fix
2) a lack of blue stripes
3) no Texas-bound railcars
4) aliens

Found the thread, what a nice guy that is. Seems like he gets a lot of requests, I'll ask him as a last resort if I can't get accurate tracking info from FP once it's in transit. Thanks for the heads up

So after I got updates that the car has went to the body shop, then to trim line..the. Awaiting shipment and finally In Transit... It was explained to me that it's actually in the body shop getting wheels and wing. Is this how it rolled out for you guys?

Yes, mentioned numerous times before. Mod shop soon after production. When COTUS shows a date under the awaiting shipment section it will actually be shipped.

Thanks - that part seems key. There isn't (hasn't been) a designation for mod shop, just body shop - and that's where it is now, apparently. I knew that was the last stage so when I say it go to body shop, then trim shop, then awaiting shipment, then in transit - seemed like a natural progression. I never caught the part of seeing a date under awaiting shipment being the key, thanks!
