I just installed a ported 18 manifold with lockouts and FIC1000CC injectors on my 16 GT, in preparation of going with an ESS supercharger later this year. Was a fairly easy install, but once I flashed the new tune from PBD, so many issues started!

Immediately, pulled 2 codes P2196 and P2198 for the O2s being stuck rich. Took datalogs and sent them in. Apparently, fuel is dumping 30% more than what they are supposed to and it looks like my upstream O2s are dead now because of it. I ordered a new set hoping this rectifies the issue. The car has been idling between 12.1 to 14.0 on the AFR.

My question is has anyone else had this issue with the FIC1000s?

I really hope the new O2s will fix this issue.

Starting to think I should've went with lu47s but since I'll be running E85, it made the most sense to buy the 1000s to support it in the end game.

I just installed FIC1000'S on my 17 before installing my ESS G3 unit. No issues whatsoever.

Have you sent a log to your tuner?
Several! He thinks the issue is from the O2s that died. Once I get my new set in from FedEx, I'll send a new log. Hopefully this is the fix. The install was easy and painless.

Just updating this. Got some LU47s in and a new file for them. Made a huge difference and runs alot better. Getting the FIC1000S flow tested and cleaned.
