So, like the title states, ever since I put this wot box in the car, it's been a headache. Started off running okay, but acting strangely. Raptor shift light (and even nGauge shift light) would go off at 6k RPM instead of the 7500 set point. Car would sometimes hang up around 6k-6500 RPM too. Like hitting a wall.
I figure I don't have things setup properly in the software.
Fast forward about 50 miles and suddenly my shift light goes off at like 1500 when you blip the throttle, the car throws P0301 and P0351 codes and can't even out the banks...
I've gone through all the troubleshooting on the box, all the light blink as they should. It's hooked up properly. Then contacted Jon at N2MB and he has me send photos to verify the box is good. It is. Sends me a file to adjust the misfire table (actually just turns it all off) and I forward it to my tuner to build into my current tune. Download that onto the car and no CEL, but as soon as it's warm it's idling like it's ghost cam tuned, stutters as you give it throttle and isn't trimming at all. I send the log to my tuner and he verifies the issues. So, once again everything points to the car misfiring still, just with no sensors.
Anyone dealt with this? I know there's been some issues with these boxes on our cars- was hoping to find a fix, but if not then I guess I'm yanking this thing out. Far from thrilled...
Oh, should also add that I verified it's not a plug issue or something simple like that.

Sounds like a bad power lead for the coils. I was chasing issues with my car and to bypass the wot box, I cut the power in and out by the box plug in and wire nutted them together.

Also verify you clutch and TB are reading right. You test these with the engine off and the car on.

Remove N2MB and load tune you had before then, if it's good you know its the box. Def sounds like crank signal is not going through box as its supposed to. I wired mine with duestch connectors so I can always revert back to stock if theres an issue
