ET S/S used deal?

found these used mickey ET S/S on marketplace, they are 305/45/17. First off will they fit/ be overkill for my ecoboost with stock turbo? Second; how does the condition look? They are about $80 of gas away, so i can't really just go look at them. i would probably only use them for 2 test and tune days and then sell them at the end of the season? How is the resale on tires like these if i keep them for a while and don't mind taking a little of a loss? Someone let me borrow their radials at the track once but i botched the run and am curious what my car could do.

Those are $800.00 a set just for the tires. Looks like around 60% life left.
Mine have about 15% tread remaining…
