can anyone find the torque specs for the boundary crank stud kit? I can’t seem to find the paper anywhere. And I’m amazed how little info there is online about it.

Is that a torque to yield bolt?
It’s a separate stud washer and nut. Not just a bolt and washer like the stock one. It sits out a thread or 2 from fully in then you tighten the bolt to a specific torque then angle

Yea alot of bolts like that actually stretch when you tighten it most the time you tighten it to a spec then back it off tighten it again then go a certain degree and thats a torque to yield bolt you cant reuse them, im not 100% sure if that bolt is but if it is you cant reuse them id call boundary unless someone knows for sure

I was under the impression it was reusable. Here’s the link to where I bought it:

Are there any torque specs anywhere?
I used to have that, until I switched to the FFRE stud.

Thread the stud into the snout of the crankshaft, but only until it stops. Do not tighten the stud any further than finger tight into the crankshaft. Torque the giant nut to 120ft/lbs

I don’t have the crank strap to hold it in place this time around, should putting it in gear with the parking brake up be enough you think?
