The tensioner has been in the back of my mind too, I’m still baffled by that one to be honest. I have shorter belts to try so we will see! Near Philly region.
I am not too far from Philly, about 90 minutes give or take, depending on traffic. I have a buddy who lives even closer and he has a '19 with an ESS G3X, fuel system, etc. If you get desperate, I MAY be able to talk him into running up and we can use his car as a comparison once you get the timing straight if need be. He's a newlywed, and his wife keeps a tight set of reins on him sometimes, so I can't promise anything, but we'll cross that bridge when you get there.

That’s really awesome to hear, this community is truly amazing.. I know someone local with a gen 2 ESS kit setup that I could potentially see. But if not and I need a comparison I’ll def reach out! Thank you!

Fire that sum bitch up!
HAHAHA working on it! Just got the harmonic balancer installer and lightly wire wheeled the spark plug tips. Will check gap. Everything is coming together! On the way home now for install.

Man you made progress quickly. That's awesome. How is the stock belt without the supercharger installed? Nice and tight?
I appreciate that a lot, I’m determined to get this blower installed! This has been a goal in the making for literal years. Worked 2 jobs to afford this.

Not on again yet, but when we had it running with the stock setup before (the Jerry rigged air intake) the tensioner was tight. Will follow up on this shortly soon.

Actually no it was correct, they did however just send me the 120mm pulley so I’ll be installing that with the different belt sizes now. Every pulley and belt I owned was the correct sizing but nothing seemed to work for me.

Maybe your car has a 4.8L and not a 5.0...... LOL. Idk man I haven't come across people having this issue before. Would be curious to see what happens on the reinstall.

The back cylinder on bank 1 is not threading well. Looked inside and saw there’s a bunch of soot and build up from how rough it was running. Gonna need to get a rethreading kit to clear some of the gunk out. Stand by.

The 120mm pulley just arrived, the spark plug threads are cleaning up very nicely but I will need to wait for compressed air to blow it out once done. So no turning the motor or anything just yet. Should be a couple hours before my buddy comes by with some air power.

I noticed one of the spark plugs was damaged. Im ordering a new replacement, will it be alright running 1 cylinder on a stock plug at the correct gapping for now until it comes?

Yep absolutely. When I first went boosted I ran the stock plugs regapped and cleaned up for a month or so before I bought the proper plugs. Didn't notice any differences to be honest.
