The pulley size is whatever came stock in the Stage-1 kit for the 2018+ cars. The only thing that I'm unhappy with is the poor street manners of the tunes that I've been getting. WOT is great, especially in Sport and Drag modes. Mine suffers from part throttle bucking and jerking as well as uphill surging in cruise control and some rpm oscillating at cold start fast idle. Lots and lots of revisions, but my latest one is a marked improvement so I have some remaining hope. Still a ways to go though...
Been there, done that. I have no idea why Rob is struggling so badly with these blowers. It’s possible that it’s related to the extremely fast bypass valve compared to others.
The biggest difference in this area between Lund and PBD is throttle response. Lund have it dialled in so the vacuum won’t trigger the bypass until more than half throttle, where PBD have it almost like a hair-trigger.
As much as a pill might help, it’s simply slowing the rate of the open/close rather than changing the amount of pedal required to trigger the process.
Maybe try throwing it in snow/wet mode to slow the throttle blade and see what happens. If that’s an improvement, maybe get him to slow the pedal up a bit.
Personally, I prefer having boost ready to roll early on but I can see why it won’t be for everyone, especially those who prefer traction.
Best of luck with it.

Did that 3" griptec rub at all? It looks very close and tight.

Just bought the bracket since I am pretty sure I am already getting belt slip on my 3.25" (it's noisy with a light squeal when I get on throttle). Looks like I am getting the newer 3 hole design.

Now do I buy a 3" EB or Griptec pulley ...
No, it doesn't rub and the griptec runs a little bigger than the standard pulley so you have to wrap the belt around it first then put it on the hub. How ever once it's on it does not rub

Done any testing with the aux pulley yet?
I bet with that 103mm You'll see a fair amount of boost and throttle response.

2.8 Griptec came in, the 815 belt just barely went on but the tensioner was around 70-75% duty cycle and when I tried to take it off it did not want to come off at all, so that belt was on way too tight. I swapped it for the 817 I used before and the tensioner settled right a round 55%

This pic shows the belt wrap I had on the Griptec 3" before and after the aux idler was added

Sprung a leak! Pass front, appears to be coolant, but not from the coolant tank. No signs of it from the top. Maybe the intercooler or radiator? Looks like I need to drop the belly pan to locate it but not sure.

This was after an hour of driving and I have only had the car 300 miles. I bought it used with 2k on it. 19GT Stage 2 kit.

Can I get to the HE via dropping the splash guard. Not excited to try and take the front bumper off just to tighten a hose.

Pretty sure that’ll work from memory, assuming the leak is from the lower connection or the pump of course.

Much thanks guys. Looking later today.

Side Question; I’ve noticed a pump or something that turns on and runs when the car door is just opened. Same are front pass side. Don’t know much about SCs, yet, what is that?

That's the HE pump down by the front passenger wheel well. It's directly below the surge tank.

How does your stage two run?

Well crap need a lower profile jack then what use to work on my 16GT.

I’m not sure how I like it as I have not driven it enough yet. The EB tune sucks from what I have seen and I’ll go Lund but they want you to tone down the boost with a bigger pulley for pump gas.

Is aux pulley kit for sale finally? Last I read, it was still in development. I'd love to keep my 6 rib but also push to 15+psi or so for a couple dyno or track days lol
Hey, yes it is available now.

I will have 6 more kits ready to ship this week.

I have already sold and shipped 9 kits.

You can find me on Facebook, that is the easiest way to reach me.

Kits shipping now have an adjustable idler pulley.

You can fit anything from a 3.25 down to a 2.65 blower pulley.

Picture attached is the bracket with the idler in the far left hole and a 3.25 pulley.
