Baer Eradispeed+ rotors, not cheap, but I was willing to pay for the weight savings. 10 pounds lighter for each front and 6 for each rear, so 32 pounds total, rotating and unsprung weight. And they look cool too.

Anchor Room has them but they don't appear to cover the entire top of the headlight, (circled in yellow). Since I have two sets to make $5.95 was a good deal for me.

I like it a lot. It was my first time wrapping a wheel and I had a couple of false starts before I figured out how to stitch it on, but once I got going it wasn't hard. It's got a nice feel to it, and I think it looks good too.
