That sounds great if its applicable to e85 or even ~800rwhp on e85. Why dont any companies offer packages like that? Is that also only applicable to 2018+? I know whipple just includes a dw400 with their stage 2 kit, but no BAP, so I assumed its significantly better than stock.
Companies are not in business to tell you the truth. Or sale you just what you need, They need profits. But there’s one that I know of that offers this kind of kit.
A stock pump from any coyote mustang is good for about 700-750whp add a voltage booster and it can support more than what 90% of mustang need. Add 10an line boost reference regulator and rails and you are capable of your more than the 800whp on e85 goal that you have set by far at 500lph to over 600lph http://www.mustangandfords.com/how-to/engine/m5lp-1304-fuel-pump-flow-test

current set up is: 2014 Mustang GT, fully upgraded internals, Edelbrock supercharger with a 3.5" pulley, She made 697 RWHP on an extremely hot day the last time she was on the dyno. the fuel system is the stock fuel pump with a Kenne Bell boost a pump running E-85. The issue is my stock fuel pump just died and my Mechanic / Tuner has ordered a DW 400 as a replacement.

Should I expect that the DW 400 will at least match the stock fuel pump in this configuration?

I can only share my findings from what i have experimented with.

Lund Tuned: Jon Jr
VMP GEN3
L&M Intake Cams
Twin 67
Pmas Intake
ARH Long Tubes
FIC1000s + ID1300x2

I had a GT350 Return Style fuel system with -8 feed and -6 return that maxed about on a 85mm (13psi) on E85 with losing fuel pressure after 6k rpm.

I added a JMS BAP 18v and it held another 2 psi and on a 79mm (15psi) it started dropping fuel pressure above 5k rpm.

At this point i swapped the stock fuel pump in the gt350 hat to Twin DW400s which held the 79mm with no issues alone.

When i dropped down to a 69mm(18/19psi) and ID1300x2 the twin DW400s would not hold pressure and would drop below 60psi after 4k rpm.

Jon jr said i can try the BAP with the DW400s and i did on my own time on and 18v it would pull to 7k before dropping fuel pressure. With it set to 22v it would hold through the full 7800 shift at above 75psi of fuel pressure.

I was advised by Jon to go with a fore twin pump system as the BAP was a bandaid.

So i think dual dw400s can support about 900rwhp and with a bap over 1000rwhp but i never dynoed the car so idk just my experience.
I have had a similar experience with a return set up with X 2 DW 400 pumps in a GT 350 hat .
This was part of a kit set up for me by JN2UNING for my 18/whipple .

When I first tried to install the kit 2 years ago I broke the plastic feed line on the GT 350 hat.

Fortunately I had a fore hat with dual pumps on hand I was able to swap in instead and had been running that without issues up to 950 hp logging fuel pressure without any issues (except for when I had a clogged filter ).

I started noticing a fuel smell after filling up and turns out my Fore hat was leaking around the harness .

So I decided to try the GT 350 hat set up again and transferred the pumps and return fitting to the one I now have from my GT 350 since I that now has a division X hat .

Same pulley (2.75) as when I ran the Fore hat /double 274’s but .... yikes !!
Pressure (FLP) drops after 5500 or may be earlier . it maintains FRP but STFT start climbing to maintain 0.80 Lambda .

Since I still had the BAP in the car (had run it with a single DW400 before the return system) I hooked it up but made no difference .

My next Hail Mary is to remove the check valves (if the pumps have them ) .

If removing the check valves does not work then I am going to try the new DWx2 hat /xDW400 pumps .

it looks like (and Julio agrees ) the issue may be the small plastic feed line on the GT 350 hat not being able to allow enough flow .

I have already also sent off my Fore hat off to be upgraded to 3 pumps and repaired— I like to always have back up and for when I step up to 10 rib/20 OD/5.2 motor and turn up the boost even more .

This is what pressure looked like with Fore hat /x 274’s compared to the x2 DW400/GT 350 hat .

The DW400 is a beast compared to the stock pump. Rated up to 18V input voltage, and more volume at higher pressures than equivalent Walbros. I made 712whp with a single DW400 previously.

You can make the same thing on a stock pump. A stock pump with a booster can supply enough fuel for 750-800 or more with the correct mods

Stock pump over 700? Yeah? I think that's pushing it to the edge. 625-650 sure.....

UPdate: the new DW 400 pump was installed and it created a new issue. It was blowing the 30 amp fuse for the fuel pump. I did a power upgrade by installing a relay in the trunk near the boost a pump and using the normal power line (boost a pump input) to energize the relay and ran a separate larger power line into the relay. This solved the fuse issue. I punt around 50 miles on it in various driving conditions. I set her up for the track (4 wheels, sway bar removal) loaded her on the trailer to take her to the track and the proverbial "OFF TO THE RACES". Started her up to back off the trailer and she died. NO FUEL! I hear the pump turning when putting the key in but removed the line at the fuel rack and nothing!

1) New DW 400 is bad?
2) fuel line clog?
3) fuel line fell off at the pump?
4) other thoughts?

My Keene Bell boost a pump is not adjustable. I think I'll reach out to them on Monday and see if it can be converted. I think it might be as simple as adding the rheostat.
