Thanks :)

A few small optical mods I have laying around but haven't installed yet are a US Ecoboost lower grille and rear deck plate. In the tuning department a JLT cold air intake and Steeda camber plates. And maybe a Wagner Evo2 intercooler.
I think a silver powder coated mesh grille, of a design of your choice, would look awesome on this thing to compliment the wheels and stripes. I have a black powder coated hex mesh setup on mine and it just makes the car look so much more aggressive when it is staring you down in traffic :eyebulge:

Nice!!!

I noticed that one of your mods is "double honk". Do you mean double honk by pressing two times the close button on the key fob? How did you manage to do that? using an OBDLink MX?

This is a mod you can now obtain with Forscan and OBDLink MX. John577 did that :)

Thank you guys.

Read all the as-build thread in DIY section...trying to get myself an OBDLink MX device...although quite expensive tho...

I have not found any Ford Specialist around, other than my dealer which I don´t think is willing to do this kind of things....

Any update on auto-locking doors in manual trans. once you start moving?

Yes, double honk is now desactivated via forscan on my car

The auto-lock feature is available on the US Stangs, now we need to find the code in forscan to check if it will work on our cars.
are you sure about that?

(sorry for the OT Eric!)

Hum, Yes

Another question about your US 'Stangs, do you have the Auto lock feature ?
I mean, when you begin to drive, do the doors lock automaticaly ?

If yes, do someone know where in Forscan I can activate this feature and see if it actually will work on our EU cars ?

Thanks in advance
Yes, even on manual cars the doors lock at about 15 mph.

About all you can do is compare as-built data for US and EU cars to see which bits correspond with each build. It's possible that feature is part of a module (different hardware) and cannot be enabled.

Shout out to Ericc B for this whole OT, it was all my fault :paddle:

Yeah that is a common mistake. :headbonk:

John577, when you say:

do you mean the silly double honk when you exit the car while it is running and "no key detected" message appears?

I really don´t mind that double honk, the one that I am looking is the "closing double honk confirmation" that Ericc B has managed to code using the IDS and Jason @ PI Mods...

Sent a PM to papinist regarding the OBDLink MX to use it with Forscan (thank you for your reply! )

Will be ordering it as soon as I manage to have some extra money on mods!

Thank you guys, great job out there. Been reading you guys from the begining of this journey back in Apr. 2015. :headbang:

No no the one I deleted is the other one, the honk when you get out and close the door with the engine running. Annoyed the hell out of me (and my neighbours probably too).
