You do know you can (and should) rotate left to right if you are staggered, don't you?

I suppose if you only drive in a straight line you don't need to rotate lol

Actually on a staggered set-up you gain nothing rotating side to side. I took my PP1 in to discount and that’s what they said. The outside of the tire is still the outside of the tire. Unless you have a square setup it’s a waste of time.

First, I wouldn't take any advice from a tech at DT.

That doesn't really make sense. Doesn't matter if a car is square or staggered, the outside of the tires will always be the outside of the tire.

People usually turn left and right at different speeds, causing one direction to cause more wear on the tires. Rotating staggered IS suggested to promote even wear.

The only time rotating wouldn't be necessary is if a car is only raced at drag strips, and only going in a straight line.

Drag Radials are directional. Did you know that? Plus swapping side to side is an even dumber take.

I think most drag radials are directional, but not all.

Not sure I understand your comment about 'swapping side to side is an even dumber take'. Care to elaborate?
