I think it looks good- you may see some blemishes because you've been working and focusing on it but once it's on the car will anyone really notice? I say install it and see how it looks.

I don't think they're as thick (deep) as stock, but it looks like it's thicker than the stuff the aftermarket is offering.

added more spot putty and re-sanded. Still notice some imperfections but decided to just put it on the car. Think I'll be doing another one just because I think I can do a better job from what I've learned doing this one.

You did a great job OP! The front looks so much better without the stupid chrome emblem.

Really clean look, man. I know you're a perfectionist, but I would doubt anyone would notice these slight imperfections.
Like previous posters said, with a little work you could probably have a market for them!
