Does customcargrillz ship to Canada. That's where I get my stuff.Anyone who bought it at lowes or homedepot still have there receipt trying to find this in Canada, which isnt hugeee is a struggle.
Very Nice! that California special look.I just completed mine. Followed the procedure shown using a gloss black powder coated mesh sheet from Custom Car Grills. The 16" x 48" was more than enough to do all six sections.

The only tip I can add is before discarding the cut-out honeycomb bits, you can use it as a template to mark and bend the mesh. The aluminun mesh I used was easy to cut with snips, but tough to bend accurately. This template helps account for the curvature of the grille.

Where did you find the little horse?
I just used a fine grade sand paper after de-burring the dremel cut. The edge are well hidden when mountedHow did you all go about sanding the plastic after cutting? Grit, wet vs dry, etc.
