I used too small of wood while lifting the motor and dented the oil pan. If i monitor sounds/oil pressure will I be ok, or should I replace? In the picture i switched to a larger piece. Thanks

Tough to tell from the pictures with the wood block still there but it looks like you shoved the bottom up pretty far. If that's the case I'd replace because the bottom will be getting really close to the pickup and you might run the risk of restricting oil intake.

You’re pretty close to your pickup. If I were you, I’d pull the pan and fix/replace it. It’s more work than you probably planned on but given the current struggle with parts availability, it could be a real problem if running it as-is ruins your engine.

For future reference, if you have to pull the engine mounts for any reason, support it under the bellhousing of the transmission. There’s more than enough leverage there and coyote’s aren’t really that heavy.

If you have a welder and a slide hammer you could try and carefully pull the dent back out without pulling the pan. Usually with things like that the best fix is to drop the pan and replace or fix from the inside. If it were mine I would replace the pan

Thanks guys. I kind of figured that. I sure saved a lot of money on this one installing the headers myself. Lol. Headers arent as bad as everyone says.

Could always drain the oil shove a borescope in have a look around, oil is cheap.

"Moroso"
Ideal clearance is .250” to .500” to ensure adequate oil ...
