I am so upset right now , more of the fact that I am missing an incredibly nice day at the track today then the car . I was signed up for the whole weekend at the track and hit a deer on the way back to the hotel after Saturday .

Yikes, every time I see these kinds of accidents, I think, be thankful you weren't on a motorcycle. I hit one at night in western PA, it happened so fast I didn't even blink. I pretty much totaled my used Acura Integra, the deer got up an ran, but it was injured, probably went off and died somewhere. My guess would be 5-6K, remove/replace panels repaint done.

I've been seeing a lot of them lately driving to work in the morning. My commute is mostly interstate and I'm usually the only car at 5 am. Been lucky so far.

The head light is like $1500 alone , 500 for fender , $1000 for hood , maybe a bumper , fender liner , labor , paint , stuff I missed .... 4K in parts , 2500 labor ??

A long time ago I was told to not focus on the first deer you see, assuming you see the first one. Start watching for the ones that are following the leader. You'd be surprised how many people hit the second or third in line.
Fender, hood, bumper cover, headlight, fender liner and hidden damage like fender brackets and crash bar, etc. A-piller and door edge damage too. I guess I'm in the $7k plus range.
A little surprised the mirror didn't take damage too

You are 100% correct. I hit the 4th deer in the line . I saw the 3 go by , then this one was straggling behind.

I don't think there is anything to do on the A-pillar, other than deer poop , but yeah door edge , I could not open my drivers side door.

Looks like ruby red metallic paint.if it is it's a tri color paint and will be more expensive to do and to match because of the metallic coat.

I see you are in the metro DC area. I highly suggest letting Total Recon in Rockville, MD repair this. They are the best repair shop I have ever used. Perfect work and very good people. Tell them Tom sent you if you go. I highly recommend them. I have had everything from daily drivers-Foxbody’s-Boss 302-Shelby GT-S550 in their shop and have always been blown away. I hope you are to at least go up there and get a quote and meet these guys. Such a great group.
