I've seen several cars on the Ford Shelby GT350 Owners Facebook page that have had them come off.
A warranty claim on that will result in a whole new deck lid panel, not just a new emblem. I believe the part is over $300 if not "warrantied".
I'd say the dealer will take care of you though. If not, 3M double sided tape will do the trick!
LOL! That FB owners page is something else :ninja::ninja::ninja:

I'd totally try a warranty claim. If they replace the deck lid maybe you can talk them into getting your old one back and do an R spoiler....:)

But then there's the vehicle history to be concerned with. On top of that, I don't think they would let you keep any of the old parts, I've tried in the past, no go. Some parts may ha e a simple core charge, and maybe that might work......
He'd have to check.

Entire deck lid wouldn't make sense. That black panel comes off the deck lid. I could see them replacing that.

Won't be a new deck lid, just the panel the badge mounts to.

I like to disassemble things.

Correct.

The panel comes with the badge. It is just a matter of ordering the correct assembly. The rear badge is affixed to the panel by melting the pins that protrude from the backside of the badge and as such it all comes as one. The decklid won't be replaced as the panel is indeed removable and has its own part number.

Yes! This happened to me as well...Same thing in fact....I was able to 'save' the badge and affixed it with double sided tape and it has held on fine since then. I would like it replaced properly though, I may make a call to the dealer and put that in motion....

I watched a video on this subject at some point in the past, to reinstall you put a shop rag over it and pound it with a rubber mallet. Oh wait, that's the splitter.

A shop rag and rubber mallet is a cure for many ills...

After going to the dealer today, they said it's not covered under warranty because it clearly broke off. He also looked up the part and I'm wondering if he looked it up correctly as it was close to $1,000.

Like a few folks mentioned, the price is for the panel which includes the badge.

Well its not a total loss. You can personalize your stuff by gluing the emblem on a lot of things like...

A coffee mug

On the sign for your private parking

On the outside of your office door

Add it to a name plate for your desk

Attach it to your laptop
