#Random. MAN I love this forum!!!
I recently ordered the new C8 and have been checking out the corvette forum (or at least trying). Total disaster!!! If someone posted this same link on their forum, it would be civil war over who's corvette is better. Here? Folks are posting about how cool...
Why are cars with 100-200 horsepower less so close in performance? I guess it's the weight of the GT350?
Also interesting that they tested 2 cars on 91 octane.
OOOOOOH you are so wrong lol.
In my '15 GT I got "nice car". In my Shelby, I get camera phones on highways, kids screaming "wooooow", randoms coming over to talk at the gas station and even requests for pics.
EVERYDAY!
Don't drive a Shelby if you are an introvert, lol.
Great post. I do disagree on depreciation though. I've only recently been paying attention but for the last 5-10 years Ford has consistently taken Shelby and Boss tech and put it into the next gen GT. It hasn't resulted in Shelbys and Bosses depreciating though.
Then that explains your opinion. You have no data... only looking at 0-60 and or quarter mile.
I've driven all of the contenders at this price point (and a couple more expensive cars) and the GT350 was the most fun to drive...so I bought it.
When I had my '15 GT, I found myself constantly...
That's kind of an insult... lol
I loved my '15 GT so much that I haven't even changed my pic to the Shelby. Sometimes ego is subjective. I've met cool folks on the GT board and the GT350 board...a couple of cornballs on both as well.
After going to the dealer today, they said it's not covered under warranty because it clearly broke off. He also looked up the part and I'm wondering if he looked it up correctly as it was close to $1,000.
Like a few folks mentioned, the price is for the panel which includes the badge.
