She paid $28,500 for the Veloster N in August of '19. It was a '20, stickered for $32k. She bought the Mustang in March of this year. It's a 201A pkg with the Recaros and B/O Play (sound/security pkg or something like it). She got it for $31.500 and free interest for 7 yrs. I'd have to look at...
I have a '17 GTI Autobahn 6MT as my daily. It has a few things done to it. Stage 2 High torque tune, coil packs, RS7 plugs, downpipe, CAI - all APR. That REALLY woke the little thing up. Being that it's manual, even the most basic tune (APR+) requires a new clutch. Mine started slipping at 27k...
has anyone had any experience with this when the accident is self-inflicted? I just got my car back today from (what I thought was) a minor accident. I embarrassingly drove over a curb in my car, doing about 8 grand in damage. The thing is this...the damage was 100% cosmetic. Not a single metal...
I have the Shifteck Cat Deletes and their H pipe. Is it loud? No doubt. I get a LOT of compliments on it though,
I wish it were a tad quieter, so I've thought about going with a different resonator. Its worse from 2-3k but after 3k its pure aural orgasm.
Interesting to hear about the...
Shiftech off road pipes with their res delete H pipe, this is on my car, driving by while in sport:
Not much I could do about the wind noise unfortunately...
I don't find it to be out of balance, but that's just me, I'm no expert. I like what I hear, especially when stabbing the throttle...
'16 GT350 Tech. 12,500 mi.
Started to blow warm, smelly air for about 20 minutes. Then it worked as normal. No issues since, but will be getting it checked at the next oil change unless it goes out again sooner.
I took mine up there on Saturday (other car in the pic is my brother's stage 3 Roush) for the drags, but showed my Cobra on Sunday...Saw a LFG at the track, plus a couple others...There were a bunch of 350s at this show...it was great to see so many run at Hallett as well!
Speaking of that...
Feels great. Its quite heavy, and now the shift action is much more precise (to me).
I have larger hands, and the size of this one fits much better in my hand than others. Quality of the work is top notch. It was done by Anarchy Motive. Takes a good bit of time but being entirely customizable...
Where/how did you do this? I signed up and have been approved, but I don't see where I am supposed to register the software or apply for whatever I need to display the trans temp.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
** Edit** I figured it out...Gonna read up on how to do this again!
Once you break it in...But it in sport mode, Wrap it out to 8500 or so, take a few hard corners. Feel the brakes.
There's your bling...Believe me you'll be too busy enjoying other things to notice any ambient lighting anyway.
New custom knob from Anarchy Motive. Its HEAVY, color is almost exact to the body, about a shade lighter. Excellent craftsmanship...Fits nice in my large hand....
Had a half tank of E85 and 93...Added 1/2 tank of E100.
Alc. Level is 85%. Car runs smooth, pulls GREAT. I'll send datalogs to Lund to see what's going on, A/F looks good as well.
Next 2 tanks or so I'll go back to 91 or 93 to keep everything clean, its just hard to justify the 4 dollars a...
Huh?
This is what I did. I filled up with E85 when I had about 25 miles left, drove the car easily and datalogged until I noticed the green lights on the tuner (the first two on the left) alternating. When the car was about a 1/4 down after fill up, I noticed the cold stutter, the smell of...
